Tecno Pop X 5G Launches with Dimensity 6400 and 6,500mAh Battery
Tecno has expanded its Pop lineup with the introduction of the Pop X 5G, bringing a refreshed design and a focus on battery capacity and connectivity.
The device adopts a horizontal camera layout on the back and is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 chipset, positioning it in the affordable 5G segment.
Large Display with High Refresh Rate
The Pop X 5G features a 6.78-inch IPS LCD panel with a resolution of 720 x 1,576 pixels. It supports a 120Hz refresh rate and reaches up to 560 nits of brightness.
A punch-hole cutout houses the 8MP front-facing camera, keeping the front design minimal.
Simple Camera Setup and Durable Build
On the rear, the phone includes a 13MP main camera paired with an LED flash. The camera housing uses 6-series aerospace-grade aluminum, similar to the material seen on other Tecno devices.
The handset carries an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance and measures 8.2mm in thickness.
Battery and Charging Take Priority
Tecno equips the Pop X 5G with a 6,500mAh battery, supported by 45W wired charging, aiming to deliver extended usage on a single charge.
