The outlet said it has learned when the review embargo is expected to lift but chose not to share the preliminary schedule because it could shift before release.
That window would let prospective buyers weigh the game before deciding on a digital purchase.
Even so, Insider Gaming did not provide a confirmed date for when reviews will become public.
Anticipation and Sales Projections
Interest in GTA 6 has been driven by widespread online discussion, leaks, and interviews.
Insider Gaming noted that information about the game has circulated broadly, including details from major interviews held at Rockstar North's office in Edinburgh.
The outlet described GTA 6 as one of the most anticipated games ever made and cited estimates that it could sell as many as 50 million copies in its first week.
Those figures remain projections rather than confirmed sales results.
Rockstar Games has not yet released the title, so its actual commercial performance cannot be assessed before launch.
According to the outlet's report, the game is expected to surpass Grand Theft Auto 5 commercially.

Another unresolved question concerns a potential PC version.
Recent claims have suggested that GTA 6 could arrive on PC platforms as early as the first quarter of 2027, potentially expanding its audience beyond the initial console release.
