The Vegas Golden Knights advanced to the Stanley Cup Final after sweeping the Colorado Avalanche in four games, winning Game 4 of the Western Conference Finals on Tuesday night in Las Vegas.

Avalanche Face Offseason Uncertainty
Following the sweep, Colorado faces significant questions about its leadership structure, including the future of head coach Jared Bednar and general manager Chris MacFarland, who is reportedly a candidate for the Nashville Predators.
Defenseman Cale Makar reflected on the disappointing end to a season that began with high expectations.
"We said at the beginning of the year (that) we're judged by how we play in the playoffs," Makar said.
"Unfortunately this year, we were able to take a step forward, but in a sense, a step back, too.
It's tough to process," he added.
Makar defended the coaching staff amid scrutiny, stating that the responsibility falls on the players. "Coaches are coaches," he said.
