Livesport reported a 20% revenue increase to CZK 3.21 billion in 2025, according to financial results cited by aroundprague.

The Czech media technology company also posted CZK 2.24 billion in net profit for the year.

Operating profit reached CZK 1.12 billion, up from CZK 841 million in 2024.

Livesport attributed the gap between operating and net profit mainly to dividends received from subsidiaries.

The results came in a calendar year without a European or World Championship.

Flashscore Audience Growth

Flashscore exceeded 125 million monthly users for the first time in October 2025.

The combined websites and applications of Flashscore and BeSoccer drew 155.9 million visitors.

CEO Pavel Krbec said the absence of major international soccer tournaments made audience growth more challenging.

Such competitions typically introduce new users to sports results platforms.

"We had to earn the growth ourselves — with product, content and speed," Krbec said.

The company focused on improving products, developing content and delivering results quickly.

Livesport also continued developing Livesport Rating, its player assessment system.

Former goalkeeper Petr Čech assisted with that work during 2025.

Founded in 2006, Livesport develops sports websites and mobile applications.

Entrepreneur Martin Hájek remains its majority owner.

The company acquired Spanish sports platform BeSoccer at the end of 2024.

Flashscore's soccer coverage has also included developments surrounding Cavan Sullivan.

The 17-year-old Philadelphia Union prospect has already agreed to join Manchester City.

The move is scheduled for January 2028, when he will be eligible to transfer from the United States to England.

The report said he remains focused on developing with Philadelphia Union and the United States national team.

The existing arrangement remains unchanged while Manchester City awaits the outcome of proceedings concerning breaches of Premier League financial rules.

Sullivan's future role is expected to be assessed closer to the transfer.

That includes whether he can compete for a first-team place under Enzo Maresca or would benefit from a loan spell.

Philadelphia Union retains control of Sullivan's immediate future.

Flashscore's report noted the club had gone 13 matches without a defeat since returning from the World Cup break.

Sullivan's performances for the club and the United States national team continued to strengthen his standing as a promising young American player.
