The Houston Texans have elevated running back Jawhar Jordan and cornerback Bryce Hall from the practice squad ahead of their Week 6 matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars in London.
The team also activated linebacker Henry To'oTo'o and cornerback Ja'Marcus Ingram, while waiving linebacker Aiden Fisher and defensive back Collin Wright, according to an announcement on Oct.
17, 2026.
Jordan's promotion comes as Houston prepares to play without starting running back David Montgomery, who is sidelined by a groin injury.
The Texans are expected to rely on Woody Marks, a 2025 fourth-round draft pick selected 116th overall, with Jordan providing another option in the backfield, per Heavy.

Jordan, 27, was selected by Houston in the sixth round of the 2024 NFL Draft at No. 205 overall.
He recorded the Texans' only 100-yard rushing performance of the 2025 season, finishing with 101 yards on 15 carries against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 15.
He began the 2026 season on the practice squad.
Head coach DeMeco Ryans confirmed Jordan's planned elevation for Sunday's game, according to NBC Sports, which cited reporting by Aaron Wilson.
Veteran running back Dare Ogunbowale is also available, although NBC Sports noted that Houston did not use him after Montgomery was ruled out against the Tennessee Titans in Week 5.
Houston also elevated cornerback Bryce Hall for the second time this season.
The former New York Jets fifth-round selection, taken 158th overall in 2020, played seven special-teams snaps against Tennessee in Week 5 and recorded one solo tackle.
The latest elevation leaves Houston with one remaining practice squad elevation for Hall under the team's available allotment described by Sports Illustrated.
After using that opportunity, the Texans would need to sign him to their 53-man roster to make him eligible for another game-day activation through this mechanism.
To'oTo'o's return provides another option at linebacker after a shoulder injury sustained in Houston's season opener against the Buffalo Bills kept him out for four weeks.
The starting weak-side linebacker had been on injured reserve, and his activation coincides with Fisher's departure from the active roster.
Fisher, Houston's final selection in the 2026 NFL Draft at No. 243 overall in the seventh round, had been active for three of the team's first five regular-season games.
He initially secured a roster spot as a depth linebacker while injuries affected the position, but Houston waived him as the unit regained personnel.
Cornerback Ja'Marcus Ingram was also activated, creating another option in the secondary and contributing to the decision to waive Wright, according to Heavy.

Wright, an undrafted college free agent, impressed during training camp and the preseason but appeared in only one regular-season game, playing on special teams against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 4.
The roster changes leave Houston preparing for its London matchup with Jacksonville while addressing injuries at running back and restoring options at linebacker and cornerback.
The Texans' decisions also give Jordan another opportunity after his previous productive stint as a practice squad elevation.
