England Women are set to host India Women in a historic four-day Test match at Lord's, beginning Friday.
This will be the first women's Test ever played at the iconic venue in its 142-year history.

Lord's becomes the 20th domestic ground to host an England Women's Test since 1937, after 55 matches across 19 other locations.
The fixture follows a critical report by the Independent Commission for Equity in Cricket (ICEC) in June 2023, which condemned the lack of women's Test cricket at the venue.
The ICEC report described the omission as "truly appalling" and noted that "the 'home of cricket' is still a home principally for men."
Match Format and Conditions
The women's Test will span four days with a mandatory 100 overs bowled daily. The follow-on mark is set at 150 runs, differing from men's fixtures.
India enter the match with a strong historical record, remaining undefeated against England in Tests since 1995.

They have never lost any of their nine Tests played in England, including a victory at Wormsley in 2014.
Current India captain Harmanpreet Kaur debuted in that 2014 match, before women's cricket achieved professional status in India.
Squad Changes and Debutants
Both squads feature changes from their recent T20 World Cup campaigns, introducing a combined total of eight players new to Test cricket.
India have included uncapped Test players Harleen Deol, N Shree Charani, and Nandani Sharma, while adjusting for the injured Pratika Rawal.

England's squad introduces Alice Capsey, Eleanor Threlkeld, Grace Potts, Mady Villiers, and Tilly Corteen-Coleman. Vice-captain Charlie Dean is rested due to workload management.
