Ford dealers are slashing prices on the discontinued F-150 Lightning as inventories dwindle to around 100 new units nationwide.
Some trucks are being offered with discounts exceeding $20,000.

At Brinson Ford in Corsicana, Texas, an F-150 Lightning XLT with an MSRP of $65,940 is now priced at $45,469 — a $20,471 reduction.
That's 31% below sticker and cheaper than a gas-powered F-150 XLT Crew Cab before incentives.
Sam Leman Ford in Bloomington, Illinois, has cut $18,000 off an F-150 Lightning Flash, lowering the price from $71,990 to $53,990.
Sheehy Ford in Springfield, Virginia, offers a smaller but still substantial discount: $16,290 off an F-150 Lightning XLT, bringing it to $49,900.
That model has a 240-mile (386 km) range.
For those needing more range, Flood Ford of Rhode Island has a 2025 F-150 Lightning Flash with 300 miles (483 km) of range for $58,435 after a $15,000 discount.
Ford discontinued the F-150 Lightning last year due to disappointing sales and a strategic shift toward range-extended powertrains for full-size trucks and SUVs.
With only about 100 units left, these deals won't last long.
