Starbucks will introduce two new beverages as part of its 2026 holiday menu at participating stores beginning Nov.
5, 2026, according to a company press release.
The lineup will also bring back several seasonal drinks, food items and limited-time merchandise.
The new beverages are the Tiramisu Velvet Latte, served hot or iced, and the Tiramisu Velvet Cold Brew.
According to Starbucks, both are finished with velvet mascarpone cold foam and a cocoa and coffee dusting.
The holiday lineup will also add the Apple Pomegranate Refresher, combining apple and pomegranate flavors.
A Snowy Apple version made with coconut milk will also be available, according to the company.
Several returning beverages will accompany the new drinks, including the Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulée Latte, Sugar Cookie Latte and Gingerbread Chai.
The seasonal food lineup will include a new Bearista Cake Pop inspired by the Bearista Glass Cold Cup.
The cake pop features the bear wearing a small green holiday hat.
Starbucks will also debut two sandwiches: the Braised Short Rib Grilled Cheese and the Turkey & Stuffing Sandwich.
Returning treats include the Cranberry Bliss Bar, Snowman Cookie and Sugar Plum Cheese Danish.
Special holiday merchandise, including new keychains and drinking cups, will be offered for a limited time.
Starbucks will also bring back Red Cup Day, although the company has not yet announced the date.
On Red Cup Day, customers receive a reusable holiday cup with the purchase of any handcrafted holiday beverage, according to the company.
