Dan Fogler has joined the cast of House of the Dragon as Ser Torrhen Manderly.
The American actor made his debut in the third episode of Season 3 on HBO.

Character Introduction
Ser Torrhen Manderly is introduced as a northern noble at Queen Rhaenyra Targaryen's court in King's Landing. He appears during a banquet scene where Rhaenyra confronts hoarding nobles.
The queen serves them cooked rats and seizes their food stores for redistribution. Torrhen reacts with amusement rather than anger at her bold move.
His name references Torrhen Stark, the last King in the North. The character is expected to become an advisor to Team Black.
