The deal was kept confidential due to the intense rivalry between the two clubs, according to voetbalprimeur. nl.
However, the impending move leaked last week, leading Vitesse to advise Tahaui to sit out a friendly against Roda JC before the transfer was finalized.
Tahaui joined Vitesse from the FC Utrecht youth academy in 2020 and made his professional debut four years later.
He became a permanent fixture in the Arnhem side and stood out in the recent Keuken Kampioen Divisie season, recording five goals and 10 assists in 37 appearances.

Aalbers highlighted Tahaui's adaptability as a key asset. "He is creative, technically skilled, and can play in multiple positions in midfield and attack.
