A newly uncovered incident report from the Lake Havasu City Police Department reveals that former reality television star Darrell Sheets left a handwritten note referencing online harassment prior to his death on April 22.

According to documents obtained by Entertainment Weekly, a crime scene technician located the note inside a black basket within a bathroom closet near where the 67-year-old "Storage Wars" alum was found.

The writing, described by authorities as shaky, specifically targeted online abuse and was drafted on the reverse side of a document dated Feb.

20, 2026.

"I could not take anymore the Facebook bulling [sic], f--- you [redacted]," read the note.

During the subsequent death investigation, detectives uncovered a history of escalating digital conflicts and family stress that troubled Sheets during his final months.

The investigator interviewed the reality star's brother, who stated that Sheets claimed to have a stalker as early as January.

This was followed by a public statement from Sheets regarding a compromised social media profile.

"Been hacked by a very evil person," Sheets announced.

The social media post indicated that the situation had severely impacted his well-being and security, causing people to show up at his workplace with hostile intentions.

"I'm extremely sorry and sick over this, these people have ruined me… people are showing up to my work and wanting to harm me," he added.

Sheets further expressed frustration with social media platform policies and concluded his post with a specific warning regarding a couple from Keizer, Oregon.
