This achievement sets a new record for a female country artist, according to Billboard. Only 25 other songs have matched this longevity at the top since 1958.

The track also returned to the summit for its 12th nonconsecutive week overall. Beyond the US, "Choosin' Texas" is gaining traction in the UK.
UK Chart Success
In the UK, the single climbed to a new peak of No. 2 on the Official Singles Downloads chart.
It also rose to No. 12 on the Official Streaming tally.
It maintained its No. 9 peak on the main UK Official Singles chart, marking Langley's first top 10 hit in the region.
Langley Reflects on Faith
Langley attributed her success and connection with fans to her personal faith. She recently reflected on her career journey.

"You know, it feels like my relationship with Christ has changed over the last 365 days," Langley said.
"I went every show of my life without even mentioning His name, to not being able to shut up about it."
She added, "I've done things in my life that makes me feel not worthy of this song. But who makes me feel worthy is Him."
