Despite the impact, she completed her food delivery.

The incident was captured on a home security camera.
The driver had just parked her orange hatchback and stepped out with a large package when a silver sedan struck her, flinging her onto its hood.
The suspect, Torrance Whitaker, jumped out of the car and fled on foot through a garden, with police in pursuit.
Officers chased him with the help of a K-9 unit and arrested him nearby.

The driver, who wished to remain anonymous, told ABC13 Eyewitness News that she was in serious pain but had no broken bones.
She limped to the house and dropped off the food at the door.
Whitaker, 34, was wanted for burglary and had fled from police after they tried to pull him over on Northborough Drive.

He has not been charged with aggravated assault for hitting the delivery driver.
