Arizona Diamondbacks outfielder Corbin Carroll has high praise for new teammate Nolan Arenado, calling him the hardest worker he has ever played with.
In a radio interview on Wolf & Luke on Arizona Sports on May 27, 2026, Carroll highlighted the veteran third baseman's preparation and work ethic.

"The preparation piece is super impressive.
I definitely put myself in that bucket of guys that looked up to and respected him before playing with him," Carroll said.
The 25-year-old outfielder now shares a clubhouse daily with the 35-year-old Arenado, who was acquired from the St. Louis Cardinals in the offseason.
"Now being on the same side everyday, could not have more respect. I think he's the hardest worker I've played with.
And, you know, a great and outstanding teammate," Carroll added.
