Goalkeeper Guillermo Ochoa earned a spot on the World Cup roster for the sixth time in his career.
Ochoa initially made his tournament debut in 2006, but he has only seen action on the pitch in three separate World Cups.
For the upcoming tournament, he is currently projected to serve as the backup option behind starting goalkeeper Raúl Rangel.
The tournament schedule kicks off for Mexico at the Azteca Stadium against South Africa, followed by a match against South Korea in Guadalajara.
The team concludes its group stage fixtures against Czechia on June 24.
Mexico enters the final preparation phase on a seven-match unbeaten streak and maintains one remaining warm-up fixture against Serbia.
The selected goalkeepers are Raúl Rangel, Guillermo Ochoa, and Carlos Acevedo.
