Scouting Report and Team Fit

Carr earned All-Big 12 Honors after averaging 18.9 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 2.6 assists per game last season.

Analysts suggest Carr would provide an offensive spark off the bench for Charlotte alongside playmaker LaMelo Ball.

The Hornets are also looking to retain free-agent guard Coby White, whom Carr could complement in secondary lineups.

Meanwhile, major mock drafts from ESPN, Bleacher Report, and Yahoo Sports project Carr to land with the Chicago Bulls at the 15th overall pick.

Experts note Chicago requires young, talented depth along the perimeter.

As reported by Yahoo Sports, Kevin Sweeney highlighted that the Bulls specifically need a 3-and-D asset to replace Coby White.

Jonathan Wasserman of Bleacher Report compared Carr to San Antonio Spurs wing Devin Vassell following his 30-point NBA Combine performance.

Sports Illustrated alternatively reported that Carr could slide slightly further down the board to the Toronto Raptors.
