Defending champion Jannik Sinner finalized his physical preparations ahead of his Wimbledon opening match on Monday, adjusting his training regimen to combat record-breaking heat in London.

Rising temperatures across the United Kingdom prompted organizers to activate the tournament's official heat rule earlier than usual during the qualification rounds, as temperatures peaked at 39 degrees Celsius.

The policy automatically institutes a 10-minute break between sets during extreme weather once the localized thermal stress index reaches or exceeds 30.1 degrees Celsius.

To combat the conditions, Sinner adopted a specialized biochemical cooling garment developed in Mussolente, Italy, by Scicon Sports.

The vest uses phase-change materials to lower thoracic temperatures during training intervals.

Medical examinations following the player's recent competitive exit at Roland-Garros confirmed full physical recovery, shifting team focus toward heat acclimation protocols.

Ho rivissuto tante emozioni," Sinner stated.

The top-ranked athlete emphasized structural preparations for his scheduled early afternoon match times while addressing ongoing tour modifications.

The baseline training adjustments coincide with shifts in the player's broader perspective regarding professional longevity and personal time.
