Red Bull's Max Verstappen had a difficult start due to wheelspin, dropping back before recovering to sixth place.

Championship leader Antonelli finished two seconds ahead of Hamilton.
Hamilton initially led while Verstappen fell to sixth.
Verstappen briefly climbed to fourth by overtaking Oscar Piastri and George Russell, but tire degradation dropped him behind Charles Leclerc.

He noted the car lacked pace in both fast and slow corners and suffered from tire degradation.
Race winner Antonelli said he knew his chance to overtake Hamilton would come. He emphasized staying focused as rivals Ferrari, McLaren, and Red Bull show strong performance.
Hamilton thanked the crowd and acknowledged work remains for his Mercedes team.
Lando Norris, who finished third, said he was satisfied but lacked the speed to keep up with Hamilton and Antonelli.
