The 2,800-square-foot Manhattan property includes a dual-cooking space and a marble-clad primary bathroom wing with heated floors.
The 15-story building, designed by Pritzker Prize-winning firm Herzog & de Meuron, features a wavy glass exterior facing the Hudson River and amenities such as a 24-hour door attendant and a porte cochère.
Romy Hechinger of Compass represented the couple in the transaction, while Adam Heller from The Heller Organization held the listing for the property.
Anniversary Coincides with Purchase
The real estate acquisition occurred on the same day the couple celebrated the eight-year anniversary of their engagement.
Hailey Bieber marked the milestone by sharing a black-and-white selfie of the couple embracing on her Instagram Stories, captioning it "8 years" with two ring emojis.
The couple experienced a brief separation prior to finalizing their engagement in July 2018.
