The meeting came after her appointment to fill the seat of her late brother, Republican Senator Lindsey Graham.
Graham was appointed on Tuesday by South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster to serve the remaining months of the Senate term, which ends on January 3.
Her brother, Lindsey Graham, passed away on Saturday night at age 71 due to an aortic dissection caused by cardiovascular disease.
Darline Graham's Commitment
During a press conference on Monday, Darline Graham expressed deep gratitude for the opportunity to step into her late brother's position.
She reflected on their relationship, noting that her older brother had become her legal guardian after their parents passed away when she was a young girl.
"Now, I will be there for him," she vowed.

Graham expressed her commitment to legislative duties during her brief tenure, which will last until a successor is elected.
"I promise to work hard over the next several months to support the president and carry forward the efforts of my brother on behalf of the citizens of South Carolina and the United States," she said.
She added that she wanted to continue his work to honor his legacy.
"I think this is what Lindsey would have wanted, and I plan to honor him in this way," she said.
Before his death, Lindsey Graham was seeking a fifth Senate term after winning the Republican nomination last month.
