"You cannot destroy a club of this magnitude and then take refuge in silence, easy excuses, or an attempt to rewrite history," Casaca said.
The former midfielder also targeted the Porto City Council, local entrepreneurs, the Portuguese Football Federation, and Liga Portugal for standing by idly during the institution's downfall.
"It is easy to appear in speeches, ceremonies, and press releases.
The hard part is taking action when a century-old emblem is being allowed to fall in full view of everyone," Casaca said.
Casaca voiced intense grief over the breakdown of the historic institution, attributing the failure directly to structural incompetence and lack of oversight.
"When a club dies, a part of those who dedicated their lives to it dies as well. It is a foretold, preventable, and deeply shameful tragedy," he said.

The club's supporters group has pledged to take action against those responsible for the crisis while the board awaits further steps from the Vila Nova de Gaia Commercial Court regarding the insolvency proceedings.
