Married At First Sight Australia stars Stella Mickunaite and Filip Gregov have officially ended their relationship, eight months after getting engaged during the show's Final Vows in November 2025.
Mickunaite confirmed the split on July 21, 2026, stating that Gregov ended their engagement over a phone call, leaving her shocked and embarrassed.

Blindsided by the Breakup
In a statement shared on her Instagram Stories, Mickunaite detailed how she was actively planning to move from Sydney to Melbourne to build a life with Gregov.
“I was completely blindsided,” she said, explaining that she had been arranging her business affairs to relocate.
She noted that while Gregov had clearly been processing the decision for some time, she genuinely believed they were working toward the same future.
“I never imagined I’d be writing something like this, but I feel it’s important to share my truth,” Mickunaite added.
She clarified that despite what was shown on the show, she had decided to move to Melbourne, but needed a few months to wrap up her business, end leases, and put everything in place.
“I own a business that I’ve spent years building, so it wasn’t as simple as packing a suitcase,” she said.
Plans for Family and Future
Mickunaite emphasized that moving to Melbourne made the most sense for them, offering more family support, better work opportunities for Gregov, and a more affordable place to build a life together.
