Austin Abrams stars as Bryan, a medical courier who accepts a high-risk delivery job near Raccoon City.
He becomes trapped in a struggle for survival against infected creatures inside an abandoned farmhouse.

The screenplay was co-written by Cregger and Shay Hatten.
