Spotify suffered a second service outage on July 27, with the company confirming issues affecting its web page and apps.
The disruption came after an earlier morning outage that was resolved within about an hour.
Second Wave of Complaints
Just after 3PM ET on Monday, Spotify Status posted on X: "We're aware of some issues right now with our web page and are checking them out!"
Users continued to report problems on Downdetector during the second wave of complaints.
An Engadget reporter noted they were unable to listen to "Pookie's Requiem" on Spotify at the time of writing.
Spotify Status indicated the web-page trouble was under review as the second outage unfolded.
The initial disruption earlier on July 27 was resolved quickly, but the second round remained ongoing for many users.
