Wall Street brokerages have adjusted their price targets for Advanced Micro Devices as the semiconductor company prepares to report its second-quarter earnings after market close on Tuesday, August 4, 2026.

The revisions are driven by expanding artificial intelligence partnerships and data center growth.

AMD stock recently closed at $521.95, giving it a market capitalization of approximately $851 billion.

The share price sits roughly 11% below its 52-week peak of $584.73.

Market consensus across 51 analysts covering the stock reflects an average price target of $570.60, representing roughly 9% upside from its recent close.

Out of those 51 analysts, 41 maintain a Buy rating, 10 rate the stock a Hold, and none recommend selling.

Key Analyst Actions

Wedbush boosted its price target on AMD to $600 from $450 while reiterating an Outperform rating.

The firm increased its second-quarter financial estimates to $1.64 per share in earnings on revenue of $11.4 billion, pointing to robust demand for server hardware.

New artificial intelligence agreements with Microsoft and Anthropic could accelerate AMD's data center revenue through the second half of 2026 and into 2027, according to Wedbush.

The brokerage raised its full-year 2026 projections to $49.2 billion in revenue and $7.22 in earnings per share.

Other Wall Street firms also revised their expectations upward ahead of the release.

UBS raised its price target to $730 while maintaining a Buy rating, Jefferies adjusted its target to $640, and Roth Capital bumped its target to $650.
