Live Nation UK and prominent venue operators have sparked speculation of an upcoming Mariah Carey British holiday tour after publishing festive social media teasers featuring her iconic Christmas anthem.
Promotional videos posted by Live Nation UK portrayed a sleigh flying over Manchester's Co-op Live arena, Birmingham's Utilita Arena, and London's The O2 to the background track of "All I Want for Christmas Is You."

The Co-op Live venue uploaded an artificial intelligence-generated video showing snowfall over the building while playing the instrumental intro to the same song, accompanied by hints of an impending announcement.
Music industry rumors escalated following recent media reports detailing potential holiday dates across European cities, which would mark Carey's first festive tour in the region since 2017.
Unnamed Source Offers Context
An unnamed source offered context regarding the potential schedule and Carey's tour history in statements reported by The Sun.
"After years of playing seasonal shows only in America, [Mariah’s] about to announce a whole European Christmas tour," a source told The Sun.
The source noted that British audiences have faced a lengthy hiatus since the singer last brought her holiday stage show across the Atlantic.
"It’s been a long time since UK fans got to see Mariah perform her festive classics, but the wait is nearly over," a source said to The Sun.
Carey last performed her holiday spectacle in the United Kingdom in December 2017, which included a sold-out date at the Manchester Arena.
