The win moved Toronto to a . 500 record at 9-9, while Los Angeles fell to 8-9.

The matchup opened a nine-game homestand for Toronto, which continues Saturday against the Phoenix Mercury at Scotiabank Arena.

The Sparks will travel to face the Indiana Fever on Saturday.
