Mauricio Pochettino's squad advanced after a 2-0 victory over Bosnia and Herzegovina at Levi's Stadium.
Striker Folarin Balogun received a red card in the second half and will miss the upcoming match.
Belgium secured its spot with a 3-2 comeback win against Senegal at Lumen Field.
The Red Devils overturned a two-goal deficit with late regulation goals and an extra-time penalty from Youri Tielemans.

The match is scheduled for 5 p. m.
local time and represents the final World Cup fixture hosted in Seattle. The venue has drawn record crowds across six previous tournament matches.
Belgium head coach Rudi Garcia adjusted his lineup during the Senegal match by substituting stars Kevin De Bruyne and Jeremy Doku in the 56th minute to introduce more dynamic attacking profiles.
"That's the beauty of football," Garcia said.
"You might think you're losing and then when you really believe in your team, in yourself and in your teammate, and you're determined enough … you can win."
The Red Devils have used the Seattle Sounders' training facility in Renton as their practice base since June 13, avoiding extensive travel before the elimination round.
"I'm very happy to stay here to avoid a lot of traveling as well, which in the end can make a difference," Tielemans said.
The midfielder noted the physical toll of the tournament after a domestic season marked by ankle and calf injuries.
"Being part of this comeback is a proud moment," Tielemans said. "I'm feeling great, especially after a win like this, you don't really think about the physical side.
We've been playing for a long time. It's been a long season, but the World Cup is the World Cup.
You don't think about how many games there are, you want to play as many games as possible and go all the way … but I am a bit tired."
The winner of Monday's match will secure a place in the quarterfinals, while the losing team will be eliminated.
