The Montreal Canadiens have secured goaltender Jakub Dobes with a three-year contract extension, general manager Kent Hughes announced on Thursday, July 2, 2026.

The deal carries an average annual value of $5,357,575 and runs from the 2027-28 season through 2029-30.

Rookie Campaign Breakthrough

Dobes, 25, emerged as Montreal's primary goaltender during his rookie season.
