According to reports from HeatWorld and royal expert Emily Andrews, the monarch has offered Prince Harry accommodations at Buckingham Palace and possibly an invitation to Sandringham, despite ongoing tensions following public grievances and disclosures in the memoir Spare.
An anonymous insider stated that Prince William remains firm in his distrust of the Sussexes, while Queen Camilla views the reconciliation attempt as an unnecessary threat to family harmony.
“Make no mistake, this is a huge victory for Harry,” a royal watcher told HeatWorld regarding the accommodation offers.
The same observer noted the operational tension the decision created between the King and his eldest son, calling it “a massive humiliation for William.”
The source further characterized the institutional stakes of the monarch's decision as “a gigantic political gamble.”
According to the insider, both Prince William and Queen Camilla have expressed severe reservations directly to the monarch regarding the security and trust issues surrounding the visit.
