Sebastian Krause journeyed from Germany to the United States for the soccer tournament, despite harboring initial anxieties about the trip based on negative reports he had encountered prior to his arrival.
An NBC 10 reporter in Boston documented Krause wiping away tears and turning from the camera while discussing his experiences in the country.
"I fell in love with this country, and this was so emotional, I even cried in the stadium," said Sebastian Krause, a German soccer fan.
The network showcased footage of Krause interacting with local residents who assisted him during his stay in Massachusetts.
"To be honest, I was a bit scared or had a fear of traveling to the United States.
