Arrow McLaren locked down the front row for the Honda Indy 200 at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course after Christian Lundgaard secured the pole position for Sunday afternoon's race.

Lundgaard edged out his teammate Pato O'Ward to claim the top spot, marking his first pole position of the 2026 NTT IndyCar Series season.

Qualifying Highlights

Will Power and David Malukas earned spots on the second row, while notable drivers Scott Dixon and Romain Grosjean clashed during the qualifying session.

Several prominent competitors struggled, with Scott Dixon, Mick Schumacher, Scott McLaughlin, Alexander Rossi, Santino Ferrucci, and Marcus Armstrong all qualifying 15th or worse.

"I think everybody knows the abilities," said Christian Lundgaard, expressing firm confidence in his team's current technical package and execution following the delayed qualifying session.

"I don't need to say anymore than that."

Lundgaard enters the 90-lap race aiming to build upon his strong form on road courses this season, which includes a recent victory at Road America.

"We've got two wins now and we've got to carry that momentum," he added.

The complete starting grid features a 25-car field prepared for the main race layout at the 2.258-mile circuit.
