The Green Bay Packers placed five players on the active/physically unable to perform list on July 27, 2026, ahead of the team's first training camp practice at Ray Nitschke Field.
Tight ends Tucker Kraft and Luke Musgrave, defensive tackle Javon Hargrave, offensive guard Aaron Banks, and defensive back Kamal Hadden were designated to the PUP list.
Running back Chris Brooks was placed on the non-football injury list.
Outside linebacker Micah Parsons was not initially included due to a timing issue but is expected to join the PUP list by Tuesday as he continues recovering from a torn ACL and follow-up meniscus surgery.
Tom and Wyatt Cleared for Camp
Right tackle Zach Tom and defensive tackle Devonte Wyatt were fully cleared to begin training camp after passing their physicals.
Tom is returning from an offseason knee procedure, while Wyatt has recovered from a broken fibula and torn ankle ligaments sustained in November.
Tom expressed confidence in his recovery timeline during offseason workouts. "I feel good," he said.
"We've just got to keep tackling the recovery, just keep getting stronger. And the goal is to be back by camp."
Wyatt also reflected on his personal goals as he returns from injury. "Me personally, I know I got a lot more in the tank," he said.
Head coach Matt LaFleur commented on cornerback Benjamin St-Juste, who avoided the injury list after missing offseason practices.
"I'm excited about him," LaFleur said.
"Obviously, you can't coach that size and length that he possesses, so he'll definitely be in the mix."
Defensive lineman Jordon Riley outlined his primary focus: "Just stopping the run," he said.
"We got so much talent in the pass rush, but we ain't going to get there if we don't stop the run."
Offensive guard Aaron Banks discussed his frustrations regarding the injury setback that sidelined him during minicamp. "Yeah, there were a lot of frustrating moments," he said.
"Some of which is just frustrated at myself, just looking in the mirror like, 'Man, just get healthy.
We've got to go show them who you are and what you can do.'"
The Packers open their first active training camp practice on Wednesday morning.
