West Ham United is currently second in the Championship under manager Nuno Espirito Santo, chasing an immediate return to the Premier League.
Speculation about Wales manager Craig Bellamy potentially taking over at West Ham has resurfaced after comments from his former teammate James Collins.
Collins, a former West Ham and Wales defender, told talkSPORT that he could see Bellamy at a big club.
"Obviously West Ham are doing well, but I know he loves the football club and loved his time at West Ham when I was there," Collins said.
Bellamy's Wales have struggled recently, failing to qualify for the World Cup after a playoff defeat to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Wales have lost their last three matches against Romania, Portugal, and Denmark.
They are set to face Norway on Thursday, where Bellamy must devise a plan to contain striker Erling Haaland.
Before taking the Wales job, Bellamy was in talks for the Burnley head coach position but walked away from the deal.
He previously assisted Vincent Kompany at Burnley and Anderlecht, after starting his coaching career in Cardiff City's academy.
West Ham has had three managers since David Moyes left in 2024: Julen Lopetegui, Graham Potter, and current boss Nuno Espirito Santo.
Nuno previously won the Championship title with Wolverhampton Wanderers in the 2017-18 season.
