The New York Rangers will go for their third consecutive victory when they host the undefeated Utah Mammoth at Madison Square Garden on Sunday, October 4th, at 6:00 PM EST.
Head coach Mike Sullivan's team enters the matchup after sweeping a two-game set on Thursday and Friday.
Utah arrives in Manhattan with a 2-0 record following its game against the Columbus Blue Jackets on Saturday night.
That puts the visiting side on the back end of a consecutive-night schedule with travel.
Lineup Changes and Goaltending
The Rangers forward group will see modifications on Sunday.
Tye Kartye moves up to the second line after shifting roles late in Friday's game, while Oliver Bjorkstrand drops to the fourth line.
In goal, veteran Igor Shesterkin returns to starting duties for New York after Dylan Garand's shutout performance on Friday.
Shesterkin previously scored the first-ever goaltender goal in Rangers franchise history during the team's home opener.
Sunday's home game opens a four-game stretch over seven days for New York.
That run includes three home contests at Madison Square Garden and a road matchup against the Washington Capitals.
The Rangers next host the New York Islanders on Tuesday.
