Alison Hammond came back to ITV's This Morning wearing a wrist support after a fall while filming a TikTok video with a friend.
Her return followed a separate health scare earlier in October, when she left the live broadcast after struggling to breathe.
How the Fall Happened
Hammond said she tripped over a decorative rock on the roof where she was standing and did not see it because she was wearing sunglasses.
Co-host Dermot O'Leary asked about the support on air and joked about another mishap so soon after her previous medical emergency.
O'Leary said he had watched footage of the incident and described the fall as a proper plant.
Hammond acknowledged she had fallen heavily but said she was recovering, adding that she thought the strapping looked sick.
Despite the injury, she appeared cheerful and opened the broadcast with a dance to PJ & Duncan's Let's Get Ready to Rumble.
Panic Attack and Health Concerns
During the earlier broadcast, Hammond left the studio after experiencing breathing difficulties and clutching her chest.
She later explained that she had suffered a panic attack rather than the heart attack she initially feared, and reports said she was examined at a hospital.
Hammond described the episode as one of the scariest things she had ever been through and compared the sensation to entering the alternate dimension in Stranger Things.
She said she ran off set because she worried her son might be watching when she suddenly could not catch her breath.
She thanked people who sent messages of support and praised her colleagues for helping her during the emergency.
Separate reports from Heat and Closer cited unnamed sources saying her family, friends and boyfriend David Putman were concerned about her busy schedule.
According to Heat, those close to her felt she had been too quick to reassure the public that she was fine.
The publication also reported that she had lost more than 13 stone after changing her diet and exercise routine following a prediabetic diagnosis.
Closer reported that Putman was particularly shaken by the television incident and wanted her to prioritize her health.
Hammond, 51, has continued presenting major programs including This Morning, The Great British Bake Off and For the Love of Dogs.
