Kim carded a 3-under-par 68 to reach 21-under par, bouncing back from consecutive bogeys on the 10th and 11th holes.

The leader adjusted his pace after his caddie advised him to calm down.
Kim responded with birdies on the 12th, 14th, and 15th holes, bringing his total to 26 birdies over the first three rounds.
Scheffler's Frustration Boils Over
World number one Scottie Scheffler struggled to maintain composure, slamming his driver into the grass at the par-4 13th hole after a poor tee shot into the left rough.
The defending champion fell behind when Wyndham Clark recorded an eagle on the 12th hole. Scheffler and Clark are tied for second at 19-under par.

Online spectators reacted to Scheffler's outburst, with one fan writing, "Scottie is COOKED." Another observer noted, "This is when I knew it was over for Scottie.

Despite winning the American Express, Scheffler posted three consecutive runner-up finishes before tying for 14th at the PGA Championship.
