This fixture represents the third consecutive game where the Warriors are challenging a top-four team in the competition.

The sequence of consecutive away matches began when the team traveled to Hamilton on Anzac Day for a home fixture against the Silktails at FMG Stadium Waikato, resulting in a 66-6 victory.

Following that match, the team embarked on three successive trips to Sydney to face fourth-placed Parramatta in round nine, league leaders St George Illawarra last week, and currently second-placed Penrith.

The Warriors remained competitive against both the Eels and the Dragons but suffered narrow defeats of 30-24 and 30-22, respectively.

Ladder Position and Team News

According to official tournament records, the Warriors occupy the eighth position on the ladder with 14 points after completing 10 games and two byes.

The team currently sits six points adrift of the top five positions required to secure a place in this season's finals series.

The current line-up features the return of winger Brandon Norris, who was absent during the previous encounter against the Dragons.

Additionally, tactical adjustments place halfback Maui Winitana-Patelesio at hooker, while regular dummy half Amasio Tiatia starts at loose forward.

The Penrith selection includes prop Judah Galuvao, who is the son of former Kiwi international and dual premiership winner Joe Galuvao.
