The international lineup includes former world number one Daniil Medvedev, Felix Auger-Aliassime, Arthur Fils, and defending men's champion Gabriel Diallo.
No male player has defended the Rosmalen title back-to-back since Nicolas Mahut won consecutive editions in 2016 and 2017.
Defending women's champion Elise Mertens leads the female field.
The Dutch contingent includes world number 40 Tallon Griekspoor, world number 55 Botic van de Zandschulp, and Suzan Lamens.
Thijs Boogaard received a main draw wildcard, while Mees Rottering entered the qualification rounds.
Tournament Atmosphere and Facilities
Tournament director Marcel Hunze credited the strong player field and appeal to regional hospitality.
He noted that the renovated player zone includes an outdoor fitness area for athletes during good weather.
"De aangename relaxte sfeer valt in de smaak," said Hunze. "Als het goed weer is, kunnen tennissers zich hier in de buitenlucht vermaken."
The setup allows spectators close access to the players, differentiating it from other events. "Het gaat er altijd gemoedelijk aan toe.
De tennissers lopen bijvoorbeeld gewoon tussen het publiek, dat gebeurt lang niet overal," explained Hunze.
