Megan Pickford, wife of England goalkeeper Jordan Pickford, faced a travel mishap when her suitcase failed to arrive in the United States ahead of the World Cup.
The incident occurred just hours before Jordan Pickford started for England in their tournament opener against Croatia in Dallas.

Megan Pickford shared her experience on TikTok, detailing the luggage loss upon landing in America.
"My top five horror stories [after] arriving in America for the World Cup: My suitcase did not arrive.
Now sharing my 7-year-old's kit," she stated.

She had to improvise by wearing her seven-year-old son Arlo's England jersey while waiting for updates from the airline.
"My husband plays tonight, the airline hasn't got back with when my case will come," Megan Pickford added.
The communication breakdown with the transport provider added to the scheduling mishap on the night of the game.
