The global recognition was given for DMRC's AI-powered integrated mobility platform, the Sarthi App, which advances sustainable urban transport and smart door-to-door connectivity.

Dr. Amit Kumar Jain, Director of Operations and Services, and Rajnish Rana, Additional General Manager of Operations, received the award on behalf of the corporation.

How the Sarthi App Works

The AI-integrated application enables passengers to plan and book an entire trip from their origin to their final destination.

It combines the initial commute, the metro ride, and onward local transport into a single seamless journey.

Travelers benefit from real-time travel information, multimodal transport synchronization, and a single integrated fare payment for the complete trip.

The platform helps bridge the gap between metro services and first- or last-mile transport options.

DMRC manages metro rail services, passenger facilities, station operations, and fare collection across the National Capital Region.

The network now covers approximately 416 kilometers with 303 stations, including the Rapid Metro in Gurugram and the Noida-Greater Noida Corridor.
