As reported by The Guardian, Glover shared details of his condition during a television appearance, explaining that his memory, speech, and physical movements have experienced a noticeable decline.

The actor emphasized that the steady support system provided by his family remains crucial to managing his daily life.

"I could live with it, in a sense. I'm sure as it advances, things are going to be different and changing," said Danny Glover.

Glover's daughter, Mandisa, also participated in the broadcast to support her father, highlighting the necessity of transparency regarding his neurological health.

She noted that public curiosity made an honest declaration important for their family.

"And the time is now. What better time but now for him to speak for himself?

It's important because people ask questions sometimes, and I don't want to be a dishonest person and say, 'Oh, yeah, everything is all right.

It's all great'," said Mandisa Glover.
