The hardware features a 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen that allows users to browse up to 15 tracks simultaneously with preview waveforms.
The interface also displays visual indicators for track phase position, beats per minute changes, and vocal positioning.
An embedded NFC touchplate on the front panel enables quick access to rekordbox accounts via mobile devices.

Built-in WiFi allows DJs to connect directly to cloud-based rekordbox libraries and stream music from platforms such as Apple Music, Beatport, and Tidal, subject to required subscriptions.
The player debuts a new request management system named CoBeat.
Event attendees can scan a pre-generated QR code to view a selected song library, request tracks, vote on upcoming music, send messages, and react using emojis.
According to the manufacturer, the CoBeat system will eventually roll out to other AlphaTheta equipment.
