Seven-time Wimbledon champion Novak Djokovic will face 25th seed Arthur Rinderknech in the third round on Friday, July 3, 2026.

The match marks their first meeting at the All England Club.

A victory would give Djokovic his 105th singles win at Wimbledon, equaling Roger Federer's record for the most men's singles victories in tournament history, according to Olympics.

He reached the third round by defeating Yibing Wu in four sets and Stefanos Tsitsipas in straight sets.

Rinderknech advanced to the third round for the second consecutive year. He beat Oliver Tarvet in four sets and Martin Damm Jr. in straight sets, per Sports Illustrated.

The 30-year-old Frenchman has only reached the fourth round of a Grand Slam once, at the 2025 US Open.
