British rock band Oasis is planning a 12-night concert residency at the Etihad Stadium in Manchester for their 2027 tour, following the success of their reunion performances.
The shows are scheduled for May and June 2027 at the home of Manchester City.

Industry insiders suggest the run could expand to 20 dates, with unconfirmed rumors of a return to Knebworth and a Glastonbury headline slot.
A music industry insider told the Manchester Evening News: "It will be 12 nights at the Etihad Stadium across May and June.
It's just massive for Manchester and for the local economy. They could even add more dates to that as well, there's talk of up to 20.
The wider tour is also going to include a return to Knebworth."

A luxury hotel in Manchester city center has already been fully booked from late May through June to accommodate the band and their crew, according to another source.
The tour announcement coincides with Liam Gallagher being named ambassador for Brighter Sound, a Manchester-based creative charity celebrating its 25th anniversary.
"I'm honoured to be an Ambassador for Brighter Sound and support the new generation of creatives launch their music projects.
We need more help for the arts, especially for the working class," Gallagher said.

The charity supports over 1,000 creative individuals annually through mentorship, live events, and workshops aimed at helping future music professionals overcome career barriers.
