According to a report by Hindustan Times Real Estate, Khan holds a substantial stake in a prime Bandra housing society slated for redevelopment.
Atmosphere Realty is transforming the property into ultra-luxury, sea-facing apartments. The project will feature units priced above ₹1 lakh per square foot.
The redevelopment is managed as a joint venture involving the Wadhwa Group, Man Infraconstruction, and Chandak Group.
Temporary Residence
Due to ongoing construction, Khan has secured a temporary residential lease with a reported monthly rent of ₹24.5 lakh.
The lease agreement requires a security deposit exceeding ₹1.46 crore and includes a 5% annual rent escalation.

Hindustan Times Real Estate previously reported that this temporary residence is located approximately 750 meters from Shah Rukh Khan's temporary home.
Shah Rukh Khan is staying nearby while his iconic bungalow undergoes renovation.

Beyond the Virgo Cooperative Housing Society and Wilnomona Apartments, Khan owns multiple premium residential properties in Mumbai.
His local portfolio features units in Hill View, Bella Vista, and Marina Apartments, alongside a sea-facing Bandra home.
Outside the city, Khan holds a countryside retreat in the Maharashtra hill station of Panchgani.
