Illumination and Universal Pictures have unveiled the first teaser trailer for their upcoming animated feature Not Alone, a sci-fi romantic comedy set to release on April 16, 2027.
The film marks Timothée Chalamet's first full-length animated role.

He voices Joe, an introverted rocket mechanic, while Selena Gomez plays Fran, an astro-botanist developing a plant-fueled rocket.
According to reports from Just Jared, Animation Magazine, and Creative Bloq, the story takes a turn when three chaotic alien fugitives—Dunk, Welly, and Shirm—seek refuge in Joe's home to escape a zealous officer named Zandro.

The film is directed by Illumination veterans Eric Guillon, Claire Dodgson, and Jonathan Del Val.
