Charles De Ketelaere led the Belgian attack with two goals, opening the scoring in the ninth minute by converting a cross from Nicolas Raskin.
The United States briefly responded when Malik Tillman scored from a heavily deflected free-kick.
De Ketelaere restored the Belgian lead two minutes later with a header.

The American defense collapsed further in the second half following a major mistake by goalkeeper Matt Freese, which allowed Hans Vanaken to score from long range.
Substitute Romelu Lukaku added a fourth goal for Belgium deep into stoppage time from a tight angle.
The defeat marks the exit of the final remaining co-host nation from the tournament, following the earlier eliminations of Mexico and Canada.
