CBS reality show Big Brother is broadening its broadcast strategy for Season 28 by introducing live feeds on YouTube for a limited time, starting July 7.

The network will unveil the new houseguests and the "Time Trip" theme during the Big Brother Broveal event on the video platform at 12 p.

New Platform for Live Feeds

Following the premiere of Big Brother: Unlocked, the actual live feeds will launch on YouTube on July 10 at 9 p.

m. EST and 6 p.

m. PST.

The YouTube streams will offer a limited-time viewing option after each episode for fans without access to other platforms.

Full 24/7 access to the live feeds will remain exclusive to subscribers of Paramount+ and Pluto TV.

Host Julie Chen Moonves shared insights about the upcoming twist in a promotional video published on July 2.

"For Season 28, we’re throwing out all of the rules of time and space and sending our houseguests on a journey unlike anything you’ve ever seen before," said Chen Moonves.

"From prehistoric times to iconic decades and unforgettable moments from Big Brother history, this house is packed with surprises around every single corner."

The scheduling adjustment coincides with what the production team previously announced as its biggest season yet.

The upcoming schedule includes expanded programming hours, a 90-minute premiere, and the broadcast of the series' 1,000th episode.
