Porsche's global deliveries fell 16 percent to 122,306 vehicles in the first half of 2026, continuing a downward trend from 2025.
The biggest bright spot was the 911, with deliveries jumping 19 percent to 30,534 units.

Strong demand for high-performance GTS, Turbo, and GT models kept the sports car flying out of dealerships.
Cayenne Holds Strong, Macan and Taycan Struggle
The Cayenne remained Porsche's best-selling model with 38,141 deliveries, though that was down 9 percent.
The electric Cayenne only began reaching customers at the end of June, barely contributing to the total.
The Macan picture was less rosy.
Porsche sold 35,315 units, but nearly 20,000 were the combustion model, compared with just 15,620 electric versions.
Production of the gasoline Macan ends this month, leaving the EV to carry the lineup alone until a new combustion Macan arrives in 2028.

Taycan deliveries dropped another 25 percent to just 6,219 cars, showing Porsche hasn't reversed the electric sedan's downward momentum despite continued updates.
The discontinued 718 Boxster and Cayman predictably fell 73 percent after production ended last year.
China Sales Tumble 32%
One major reason for the Taycan's poor performance is declining interest in Porsche in China. Deliveries there tumbled by 32 percent to 14,501 units.
North American sales fell 13 percent, hit by US tariffs and the loss of federal tax credits.
European deliveries (excluding Germany) dropped 14 percent, while Germany itself saw a 6 percent decline.
Porsche's overall sales fell 10 percent in 2025, and the first half of 2026 shows no quick fix in sight.

But the 911's enduring appeal offers a bright spot for the brand.
